Take the Level 2 Award in MOT Classes 1&2 test

To be eligible to undertake the MOT Testing Classes 1&2 qualification, you must have the following:

Become a Motorcycle MOT Tester

The Level 2 Award in Classes 1&2 has been developed to give you the skills and knowledge you need to be a successful MOT Tester.

As well as teaching you how to perform the MOT routine to DVSA standards, we will teach you how to search the MOT manual, the tools needed for the job, the supporting legislation and regulations and documentation.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will need to perform a Demonstration Test in front of a DVSA Officer in order to become a “live” Tester.

About the course

The Level 2 Award in MOT Testing for Classes 1&2 is a two day course based at our dedicated training facility in Northampton. A mixture of classroom and workshop based training will provide you with all of the knowledge and skills required to conduct an MOT Test to DVSA standards

I've been here from Monday until Friday the & have enjoyed it even though it was a little stressful at times. Both assessors, Brian and Garry were amazing and ready to help if you are willing to put the work in. They make learning the MOT manual fun and keep you engaged and if you are not sure on anything they will help you out and point you in the right direction. I do highly recommend booking here if you feel ready for it!
